Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Europe Sopung Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) and users (“the User”) regarding the use of travel-related services, information, and systems provided through the Company’s website and online platforms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

Article 6 (Member Account and Password Management)

1. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a Member’s negligence in managing their account.

3. If unauthorized use is suspected, the Member must notify the Company immediately.

 

Article 7 (Booking and Payment)

1. Users may book travel products through the website in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.

2. Payments shall be made using methods designated by the Company (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

3. The Company may cancel bookings if payment is not completed within the specified period.

 

Article 8 (Cancellations and Refunds)

1. Cancellations and refunds shall follow the Company’s Travel Terms and Conditions applicable to each product.

2. In cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions, the Company shall refund the amount received through appropriate verification.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

Article 12 (Termination of Use and Restriction of Access)

2. The Company may delete a Member’s account after prior notice if no activity has been detected for an extended period.

 

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court with authority over the Company’s head office.

 

Article 14 (Miscellaneous)

1. Matters not specified herein shall be governed by relevant laws and general business practices.

2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
